Solution Focused therapy
Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT) looks to the future and helps you move gently toward the changes you’d like to see. Instead of staying in the problem, we focus on your strengths and how you can use them to navigate your situation.
It’s a forward-looking, approach aiming to empower you to make positive changes through small achievable steps.
Acceptance and commitment therapy
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a mindful and compassionate approach that encourages you to open up to difficult thoughts and feelings without fighting them. ACT helps you build a different relationship with your inner experience—one based on acceptance and kindness.
ACT guides you to clarify what truly matters to you, your values and supports you in taking small, meaningful actions in those directions. It’s about living a rich, full life, even when challenges arise, by focusing on what gives your life purpose and meaning.
Loss and Grief counselling and support
Grief is a deeply personal experience, unique to each individual and the relationship lost. Whether you’re mourning the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or significant life changes, grief can feel overwhelming, isolating, and confusing.
In grief and loss counselling, I offer a gentle, supportive space where you can express your feelings freely and without judgment. Together, we’ll explore your experience at your own pace, honoring your journey and helping you find ways to carry your loss with peace and understanding.

A get to know you call, to briefly discuss why you are seeking counselling, how you have been feeling over the past few weeks and what your goals or needs are making sure I am qualified to meet your needs,
Individual Counselling:
