The Journey Behind the Practice
My path to counselling began with a deep desire to understand and support people through life’s most challenging moments. Having witnessed firsthand the quiet struggles many people carry including grief, overwhelm and loneliness, I was drawn to create a space where you don’t have to carry it all alone. A space that offers calm, reflection, and the quiet return to what matters most.
So often, I meet people who have spent years holding everything together, caring for others, showing up in all the ways they’re needed, yet rarely having a space to be cared for themselves. This practice was created with you in mind. Here, you can lean into gentle support, explore your own needs, and begin giving yourself the same care you so readily offer to everyone else, rediscovering your capacity for rest, joy, and peace.
This work is more than a profession to me, it’s a heartfelt offering grounded in compassion, care, and a sincere belief in the quiet strength that lives in each of us. I walk alongside my clients with patience and presence, meeting you just as you are, with gentleness, and without pressure to be anything other than yourself.
